Use

Aromatic baths
2-3 drops in the bathtub

Massage
Dilute 2-3 drops in 100 ml. vegetable oil base

Fragrance
Perfume rooms, cleaning solutions and bedding with 1-5 drops in 100 ml. water-based vaporizer or spray.
