جميع مستحضرات التجميل التي نقدمها مصنعة في رومانيا وتتوافق مع أعلى معايير السلامة والجودة التي يحددها التشريع الأوروبي. منتجاتنا تلبي متطلبات اللائحة (EC) رقم 1223/2009 بشأن مستحضرات التجميل ولائحة سلامة المنتجات العامة (GPSR) .
التزامنا بالسلامة
• اختبار المنتج : يخضع كل منتج لتقييمات سلامة صارمة لضمان أنه آمن للاستخدام من قبل المستهلك.
• مكونات شفافة : جميع المكونات مدرجة بوضوح على العبوة وفي وصف المنتج على موقعنا الإلكتروني.
• معلومات تفصيلية : ستجد تعليمات الاستخدام الكاملة والتحذيرات والتوصيات على صفحة كل منتج لمساعدتك على اتخاذ خيار مستنير.
إمكانية التتبع والمسؤولية
امتثالاً للوائح الاتحاد الأوروبي الجديدة:
• نضمن إمكانية تتبع جميع منتجاتنا عبر سلسلة التوزيع بأكملها.
• نتعاون مع ممثل اقتصادي معتمد لضمان امتثال المنتج وتقديم الدعم للسلطات الأوروبية عند الحاجة.
• يتم الاحتفاظ بجميع وثائق السلامة لمدة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات.
حقوق المستهلك وسلامته

Submit Withdrawal Request
Return of non-faulty goods We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you may return the product to us and receive a refund, provided that you: notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase no later than 14 days after the day on which you received your product; return the product in its original condition, unused, unopened and with all original packaging, protective wrapping, hygiene seals, safety seals, cellophane, tamper-evident seals and labels fully intact; have taken reasonable care of the product before returning it; and ensure that the product has not been damaged, opened, tested, sprayed, applied, used or altered in any way. For health protection and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products, skincare products, perfumes, personal care products and other sealed hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned once they have been unsealed, opened, used, tested or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the product externally. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, incorrect or not as described. This rule is based on Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and, where applicable, Article 16(1)(e) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, which exclude from the right of withdrawal sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
