A: For regular shipping, Perspective SkinCare uses Packeta Romania, part of Zásilkovna.cz.

Q: What company is used for faster, express orders?
A: For express orders, Perspective SkinCare chooses DHL Express.

Q: How quickly does Perspective SkinCare send out my order after I pay?
A: Perspective SkinCare tries to send out orders within the next 1-5 working days, but this might take a bit longer during busy times like holidays or sales.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes for international orders?

A: For orders shipped outside the European Union, except orders shipped to the United States, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or clearance charges are not included in the final price displayed at checkout. These charges may be collected upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

Q: Can I have my order sent to a PO Box?

A: Perspective SkinCare can't deliver directly to PO Boxes, but you can pick up your package at a nearby DHL or other Curier center instead.

Q: How long does it take for a standard shipment to arrive in Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia?
A: Standard shipments to these countries typically arrive in 2-4 working days.

Q: What's the delivery time for express shipments within the European Union?
A: Express shipments to major cities in the EU usually arrive in 1-3 working days, and to remote areas in 2-3 working days.

Q: Are there places Perspective SkinCare doesn't ship to?
A: Yes, there are several countries Perspective SkinCare can't ship to, including Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Cameroon, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, New Zealand, Mexico, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, Uzbekistan ... or in other countries that do not appear in the list of countries in the delivery address form (checkout page).

Q: What if something I ordered is out of stock?
A: If something is out of stock after you've ordered it, Perspective SkinCare will send you the rest of your order and let you know by email without charging you for the missing item.

Q: How is the shipping cost determined?
A: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on how much your order weighs and where it's going. This price covers picking, packing and delivery.

Q: What payment options does Perspective SkinCare offer?
A: You can pay using credit or debit cards, SOFORT, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options, including bank transfers.

Q: Is it safe to pay on the Perspective SkinCare website?
A: Yes, it's safe. Perspective SkinCare uses secure payment processors and an SSL connection to protect your information.

Q: What about customs or VAT charges?
A: Customers outside the EU might have to pay customs or VAT charges, depending on local laws. Perspective SkinCare won't refund your order if you refuse to pay them and the package is returned.

Q: Do customers in the United States have to pay customs duties or import taxes upon delivery?

A: No. For orders shipped to the United States, the final price paid at checkout includes the applicable shipping and import-related costs covered by us. Customers should not be charged additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees upon delivery. If a carrier requests any extra payment, please contact us before paying the charge.
