有効期限/賞味期限情報
PerspectiveSkin.Careでは、提供する製品の品質と安全性を最優先に考えています。お客様に当社の化粧品を快適にお楽しみいただくために、製品の有効期限と「賞味期限」について知っておくべきことを以下にまとめました。
有効期限の理解
製品が最良の状態を保てる期間は、製品の種類とブランドによって異なります。使用期限は、製品を安全に使用でき、最適なパフォーマンスを発揮できる期間を示すため、非常に重要です。
正確性への取り組み
在庫に入荷したすべての商品の有効期限は、常に最新の状態をご確認・更新しております。万全を期しておりますが、商品の入れ替わりが激しいなどの様々な要因により、記載内容に差異が生じる場合がございます。各商品には、価格の上に有効期限または「賞味期限」を明記しております。ご購入前に必ずご確認ください。
ローテーションと鮮度
在庫の回転率が高いため、当サイトで販売している商品は一般的に賞味期限が長くなっています。お客様にできるだけ長く、新鮮な商品をお届けできるよう、常に在庫を補充しております。ただし、セール中の商品の中には、賞味期限が現在の日付に近いものもございますので、ご注意ください。
EU規制コンプライアンス
EU規制では、賞味期限が30ヶ月を超える製品については、パッケージに使用期限を記載する必要はありません。このような製品については、開封後有効期間（PAO）が考慮されます。この期間は製品の種類に応じて1ヶ月から12ヶ月の範囲で、開封後安全に使用できる期間を示しています。
PAO（開封後期間）
使用期限が指定されていない製品の場合、PAOシンボル（通常は製品パッケージに記載されています）から、開封後どれくらい安全に使用できるかがわかります。1ヶ月、3ヶ月、6ヶ月、または最大12ヶ月まで使用できます。

Submit Withdrawal Request
Return of non-faulty goods We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you may return the product to us and receive a refund, provided that you: notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase no later than 14 days after the day on which you received your product; return the product in its original condition, unused, unopened and with all original packaging, protective wrapping, hygiene seals, safety seals, cellophane, tamper-evident seals and labels fully intact; have taken reasonable care of the product before returning it; and ensure that the product has not been damaged, opened, tested, sprayed, applied, used or altered in any way. For health protection and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products, skincare products, perfumes, personal care products and other sealed hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned once they have been unsealed, opened, used, tested or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the product externally. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, incorrect or not as described. This rule is based on Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and, where applicable, Article 16(1)(e) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, which exclude from the right of withdrawal sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
