Cancellation rights, returns and refunds

Where you have purchased as a consumer, you have certain rights under the law. These include:

• that any products supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and will conform to any description given on this Website;

• certain remedies if a product is defective, incorrect or not as described; and

• a right to cancel your order within 14 days, beginning on the day after the day on which you receive the product, and to receive a refund, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out below.

To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know in writing that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to complete our contact form. If you use our online form, we will email you to confirm we have received your cancellation.

All orders are placed under our Customs Duties & Import Taxes Agreement. Non-payment of U.S. customs duties or import charges does not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

If you are emailing us or writing to us, please include details of your order to help us identify it, including the order reference number. If you send us your cancellation notice by email or post, your cancellation notice is effective from the date you send us the email or post the letter.

Return of non-faulty goods

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you may return the product to us and receive a refund, provided that you:

• notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase no later than 14 days after the day on which you received your product;

• return the product in its original condition, unused, unopened and with all original packaging, protective wrapping, hygiene seals, safety seals, cellophane, tamper-evident seals and labels fully intact;

• have taken reasonable care of the product before returning it; and

• ensure that the product has not been damaged, opened, tested, sprayed, applied, used or altered in any way.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products, skincare products, perfumes, personal care products and other sealed hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned once they have been unsealed, opened, used, tested or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the product externally. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, incorrect or not as described.

This rule is based on Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and, where applicable, Article 16(1)(e) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, which exclude from the right of withdrawal sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Please return the Product accompanied by the Returns Note in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

We will refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery charge of eligible returned goods no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel, provided that we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note that if returned products are not sealed, unopened, unused and in their original condition, or if you fail to take reasonable care of the products, we may refuse the return or deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by law.

The right of cancellation can only be exercised by you, the purchaser of the Product, and not by a third party.
