Alle weergegeven prijzen zijn inclusief btw en worden uitgedrukt in RON (Roemeense Leu) , in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wetgeving inzake consumentenbescherming (OG nr. 21/1992, Wet nr. 363/2007 en GEO nr. 34/2014).
Prijzen kunnen ook in andere valuta worden weergegeven, maar de prijs in RON is de wettelijk bindende prijs bij transacties met Roemeense klanten.
Houd er rekening mee dat productlevering binnen Roemenië niet mogelijk is .

Return of non-faulty goods We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you may return the product to us and receive a refund, provided that you: notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase no later than 14 days after the day on which you received your product; return the product in its original condition, unused, unopened and with all original packaging, protective wrapping, hygiene seals, safety seals, cellophane, tamper-evident seals and labels fully intact; have taken reasonable care of the product before returning it; and ensure that the product has not been damaged, opened, tested, sprayed, applied, used or altered in any way. For health protection and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products, skincare products, perfumes, personal care products and other sealed hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned once they have been unsealed, opened, used, tested or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the product externally. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, incorrect or not as described. This rule is based on Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and, where applicable, Article 16(1)(e) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, which exclude from the right of withdrawal sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
