Antiperspirant with alum, is a collection of natural deodorants based on Alum. Popularly called sour stone, it is a mineral discovered in the medieval period. It is hypoallergenic, antibacterial, odorless, astringent, homeostatic and natural healing.
Soluble in water, it leaves a very small layer on the skin for which its use is extremely economical and as an indirect advantage does not leave traces on clothes.

Antiperspirant chemical solutions are based on cheap variants of antiperspirant salts. The most used is represented by aluminum, which by the large dimensions of its molecule blocks the large sweat like a plug. Blocking the sweat gland presents many risks, from irritations and allergies to carcinogenic suspicion.

Alaum is a mineral that besides the aluminum molecule also has potassium molecules applied. Alaum acts as an antiperspirant on the principle of the glass stopper. It allows the exit of the air but not the molecule of perspiration that is greater than the one of the air. This allows a relatively balanced pressure to be maintained and the antiperspirant function to last longer or until the first wash. However, we assume a 48 hour anti-perspiration function.
