WAY OF USSAGE:

Apply the cream by massaging the painful / inflamed spot (shoulders, legs, neck, arms, back, etc.) with circular motions, until complete absorption of the product into the skin. It is recommended to apply 2/3 per day. To prevent pain caused by heels, muscle fever or excessive walking, it is recommended to apply the cream 1/2 hour beforehand.
