Way of ussage:

Hang the bag under the jet of the bathtub for 3 minutes under hot water. Then adjust the water temperature and leave the bag in the tub throughout the bath. It is recommended to rest in mineralized water for 15 minutes for the active substances to be absorbed into the body through the open pores of hot water. The bag can be used as a sponge for the back, thighs, arms.

After the bath, the pouch is squeezed out of water and left away from moisture until the next bath, when the therapeutic bathing ritual is resumed. The bag can be reused until the salt and mud are completely melted.
