Professional wax - Farmec Hair Removal - 100g

The professional wax, made with natural resins and beeswax, enriched with vanilla extract, has nourishing, soothing, and antioxidant properties.
It offers an easy and efficient hair removal, even for short hairs. It is ideal for removing hair on the face, bikini area and armpits, with long lasting results up to 4 weeks.

It contains: 1 wax container and 1 spatula.
Does not need strips, also efficient on short hair.

Directions for use

• Completely melt the wax in its container. The wax can be heated in a water bath, directly on the stove or on a glass ceramic hotplate. It is not adequate for heating on an induction hotplate or in a microwave oven. Avoid overheating the wax. Do not leave the wax unattended during heating.
• Stir the wax with a spatula during heating. Wait until the wax reaches room temperature and gains a honey-like texture. Check if the temperature of the wax is suitable before spreading it, by applying a few drops on the hand.
• Apply the wax evenly with the spatula in the direction of hair growth.
• Leave the wax strip dry for a few seconds, until it loses its adhesiveness. First raise one end, stretch the skin with one hand, and use the other hand to immediately pull the strip by a short and confident move to the opposite direction to the hair growth.
• Pulling too slowly or at a right angle may cause the hair to break or may lead to skin irritations.
• Remove any wax leftovers with the help of a cotton pad soaked in oil.

Advices:

• The narrow part of the spatula is appropriate for the face area, and the wider side is dedicated to the bikini area and armpits. It is recommended to exfoliate the skin 24 hours before the wax hair removal.

Precautions:

• When first applying the product, test it on a small section of the area to depilate. If, after 24 hours, there are no adverse reactions, you may begin depilation.
• The skin must be clean and dry, without traces of cosmetics. Avoid using the wax inside the nose and ears, on the head, eyebrows, eyes, around nipples, around genitals and perianal area.
• Do not use in the following cases: moles, varicose, verrucae, irritated skin or skin which displayed adverse reactions to wax in the past.
• Wax hair removal is not indicated for elderly persons, persons suffering from diabetes or under an acne treatment.
• After the hair removal, it is not recommended to expose the skin to the sun, to bath or use deodorants, perfumed or alcohol based products for the following 24 hours. If the product is reused on sensitive areas, such as the armpit, the bikini area or the face, do not remove the hair twice on the same area during the same hair removal session, in order to avoid the irritation of the skin.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children.
• Overheated wax may cause burns. In case of burns, pour cold water on the affected area, seek medical advice and show this packaging to the physician. Supervise the wax during heating. Always check the temperature of the wax before depilation.
• Do not ingest! If swallowed, immediately seek medical advice and show the packaging to the physician.
• The grip of the container may be hot, handle it with care.
