You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We will assist, where possible, by initiating an inquiry with the carrier.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will:

issue a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms loss.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

notify us within 48 hours of delivery;

provide photos of the damaged packaging and products.
